Patel, MD, and Suresh Vedantham, MD<\/p>\n<p>J Vasc Interv Radiol 2020; 31:1517\u20131528<\/p>\n<p>Published: September 15, 2020<\/p>\n<p>DOI:<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.jvir.2020.07.010\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.jvir.2020.07.010<\/a><\/p>\n<p>40-50\uff05\u7684\u8fd1\u7aef\u6df1\u9759\u8109\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\uff08DVT\uff09\u60a3\u8005\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\u540e\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\uff08PTS\uff09\u3002DVT\u7684\u5bfc\u7ba1\u5b9a\u5411\u6eb6\u6813\u672f\uff08CDT\uff09\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u57fa\u4e8e\u201c\u5f00\u653e\u9759\u8109\u5047\u8bf4\u201d\uff0c\u8be5\u5047\u8bf4\u8ba4\u4e3a\u65e9\u671f\u8840\u6813\u6e05\u9664\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u957f\u671f\u9759\u8109\u901a\u7545\uff0c\u964d\u4f4ePTS\u5e76\u6539\u5584\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u63a2\u7a76\u836f\u7269\u5bfc\u7ba1\u5b9a\u5411\u6eb6\u6813\uff08PDCT\uff09\u540e\u9759\u8109\u9020\u5f71\u4e0a\u6b8b\u4f59\u8840\u6813\u91cf\u4e0e\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8f6c\u5f52\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u6027\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684PTS\u53d1\u751f\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u662fATTRACT\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u9879III\u671f\u3001\u591a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u836f\u7269\u975e\u76f2\u3001\u8bc4\u4f30\u8005\u76f2\u6cd5\u7684\u968f\u673a\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u768456\u4e2a\u4e34\u5e8a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5171\u62db\u52df\u4e86317\u540d\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\uff08200\u540d\u9ac2\u80a1\u9759\u8109DVT\u548c117\u540d\u80a1\u8158\u9759\u8109DVT\uff09\u3002\u60a3\u8005\u5728PCDT\u4e4b\u524d\u548c\u4e4b\u540e\u7acb\u5373\u8fdb\u884c\u9759\u8109\u9020\u5f71\u3002 PCDT\u4f7f\u7528rt-PA\u8f93\u6ce8\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4f7f\u7528Trellis-8\u6216AngioJet\u8bbe\u5907\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u533b\u751f\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u8840\u6813\u6d88\u9000\u548c\u9759\u8109\u8840\u6d41\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u8bfb\u8005\u72ec\u7acb\u4f7f\u7528\u6539\u826f\u7684Marder\u91cf\u8868\u8bc4\u4f30\u6b8b\u4f59\u8840\u6813\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5373\u65f6\u7684\u672f\u540e\u7ed3\u679c\u4e0e\u60a3\u8005\u57281\u300112\u548c24\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8f6c\u5f52\u76f8\u5173\u8054\u3002\u8f6c\u56de\u56e0\u7d20\u5305\u62ec\u591a\u666e\u52d2\u8d85\u58f0\u4e0a\u7684\u6b8b\u4f59\u8840\u6813\uff0cPTS\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u548c\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4ee5\u53ca\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660ePCDT\u6210\u529f\u6e05\u9664\u4e86\u6025\u6027\u8fd1\u7aefDVT\u4e2d\u7684\u8840\u6813\uff08\u5206\u522b\u670996\uff05\u548c84\uff05\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u6e05\u9664\u4e8650\uff05\u548c90\uff05\u7684\u8840\u6813\uff09\u3002PDCT\u540e\uff0c99\uff05\u7684\u9ac2\u80a1\u9759\u8109\u6bb5\u548c89\uff05\u7684\u80a1\u8158\u9759\u8109\u6bb5\u51fa\u73b0\u81ea\u53d1\u6027\u7684\u9759\u8109\u8840\u6d41\u3002\u53ef\u60dc\u7684\u662f\uff0cPCDT\u540e\u5373\u65f6\u6b8b\u4f59\u8840\u6813\u91cf\u4e0e\u8f83\u5c11\u53d1\u751f\u7684PTS\u65e0\u5173\u3002\u4e34\u5e8a\u8f6c\u5f52\u6216\u74e3\u819c\u53cd\u6d41\u65e0\u7edf\u8ba1\u4e0a\u663e\u8457\u6027\u6539\u5584\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9ac2\u80a1\u9759\u8109DVT\uff0c\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u6b8b\u4f59\u8840\u6813\u91cf\u4e0e\u8f83\u4f4e\u768424\u4e2a\u6708PTS\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u76f8\u5173\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u6eb6\u89e3\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e2d\u81f3\u91cd\u5ea6PTS\u53d1\u751f\u7387\u4e3a8\uff05\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u6709\u6b8b\u4f59\u8840\u6813\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u5176\u53d1\u751f\u7387\u4e3a19\uff05\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8d28\u7591\u201c\u5f00\u653e\u9759\u8109\u5047\u8bf4\u201d\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u9f13\u52b1\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3PTS\u7684\u53d1\u75c5\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u8981\u6ce8\u91cd\u5982\u4f55\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u4fdd\u6301\u9759\u8109\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u8005\u8fd8\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e34\u5e8a\u533b\u751f\u4e0d\u5e94\u63d0\u793a\u60a3\u8005\u6e05\u9664\u8840\u6813\u53ef\u4ee5\u9884\u9632PTS\u4ee5\u53caPCDT\u5f88\u5c11\u7528\u4e8e\u80a1\u8158\u9759\u8109DVT\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>\u7cfb\u5217\u8840\u7ba1\u9020\u5f71\u7684\u5ef6\u957f\u5bfc\u7ba1\u5b9a\u5411\u6eb6\u6813\u672f\u5bf9\u6cbb\u7597\u6025\u6027\u80ba\u6813\u585e\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u8bc4\u4f30<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Assaf Graif, MD, Keval D. PE\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6307\u6570\u8bc4\u4f30\u6b8b\u4f59\u8840\u6813\u3002\u968f\u540e\u51b3\u5b9a\u7ee7\u7eed\u6216\u7ed3\u675fCDT\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fdb\u884c\u591a\u4e8e\u4e00\u6b21CDT\u5ef6\u957f\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684tPa\u603b\u5242\u91cf\uff0840.7 mg\u00b114.3\u6bd422.6 mg\u00b19.9\uff0cP &lt;0.001\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u8fbe\u5230\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u6700\u7ec8Miller\u8bc4\u5206\u548c\u6536\u7f29\u671fPAP\u964d\u4f4e\u503c\uff0814.4 mmHg \u00b110.2\u6bd412.6 mmHg\u00b111.9\uff0cP = 0.6\uff09\u3002\u5728\u521d\u59cb\u548c\u9996\u6b21\u968f\u8bbf\u4e2d\uff0c\u591a\u6b21\u968f\u8bbf\u7ec4\u7684\u6536\u7f29\u671fPAP\u548c\u5fc3\u7387\u5747\u660e\u663e\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002\u5728\u521d\u59cb\u624b\u672f\u548c\u540e\u7eed\u968f\u8bbf\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e24\u7ec4\u7684\u6536\u7f29\u671fPAP\u5747\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u60a3\u8005\u8fdb\u884c\u968f\u8bbf\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u521d\u59cbCDT\u671f\u95f4\u6536\u7f29\u538bPAP\u7684\u9608\u503c&gt; 55 mm Hg\u548c\u5fc3\u7387&gt; 100\u6b21\/ min\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u8fdb\u884c\u5ef6\u957fCDT\u83b7\u76ca\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u6536\u7f29\u538bPAP\u548c\u8840\u6813\u8d1f\u62c5\u7684\u7c7b\u4f3c\u6539\u5584\u3002\u867d\u7136\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u961f\u5217\u4e2d\u989d\u5916\u7684\u968f\u8bbf\u4ee5\u53ca\u5ef6\u957fCDT\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u5bfc\u81f4\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\uff08\u51fa\u8840\uff09\u53d1\u751f\u7387\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u9274\u4e8e\u591a\u6b21\u968f\u8bbf\u7ec4\u7684\u961f\u5217\u8f83\u5c0f\uff0c\u4ecd\u9700\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u5927\u6837\u672c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6765\u8bc1\u5b9e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d1\u73b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span
