LR-TR\u7b97\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c06\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6cbb\u7597\u89c2\u5bdf\u7ed3\u679c\u5206\u7c7b\u5230\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u53cd\u5e94\u7c7b\u522b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7ed3\u679c<\/strong>\uff1aCT\u548cMRI \u8f85\u52a9\u5f81\u8c61\u5e94\u7528\u4e8eLI-RADS \u8f85\u52a9\u5f81\u8c61\u5c06LR-4\u5347\u7ea7\u4e3aLR-5\u5417\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u76ee\u7684\uff1a<\/strong>\u6bd4\u8f83\u5347\u7ea7\u540e\u7684LR-5\u4e0e\u6807\u51c6LR-5\u5206\u7c7b\u7684\u8bca\u65ad\u6548\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u5185\u5bb9\uff1a<\/strong>\u56de\u987e\u6027\u5206\u67902015-2017\u5e74\u95f4\u63a5\u53d7Gd-EOB-MRI\u68c0\u67e5\u7684280\u4f8bHCC\u9ad8\u5371\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u786e\u5b9a\u72ec\u7acb\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u8f85\u52a9\u5f81\u8c61\u3002\u5347\u7ea7\u540e\u7684LR-5\u6807\u51c6\u662f\u5c06\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u8f85\u52a9\u5f81\u8c61\u548cLR-4\u5206\u7c7b\uff08\u4ec5\u7531\u4e3b\u8981\u8bc4\u4f30\uff09\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\u3002\u6bd4\u8f83\u5404\u8bca\u65ad\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\u548c\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7ed3\u679c\uff1a<\/strong>\u56db\u4e2a\u8f85\u52a9\u5f81\u8c61\uff08\u8f7b\u4e2d\u5ea6\u7684T2\u9ad8\u4fe1\u53f7\u3001\u809d\u80c6\u671f\u4f4e\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u65e0\u5f3a\u5316\u201c\u5305\u819c\u201d\u548c\u9a6c\u8d5b\u514b\u5f81\uff09\u662f\u8bca\u65adHCC\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u5f81\u8c61\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u5347\u7ea7\u540e\u7684LR-5\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4e0e\u6807\u51c6LR-5\uff0866.2\uff05\uff09\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u654f\u611f\u6027\u663e\u7740\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0869.4-76.9\uff05\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u6ca1\u6709\u663e\u7740\u5dee\u5f02\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7ed3\u8bba\uff1a<\/strong>\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u8f85\u52a9\u5f81\u8c61\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u5c06LR-4\u5347\u7ea7\u81f3LR-5\u5206\u7c7b\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86Gd-EOB-MRI\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\u4f46\u4e0d\u635f\u4f24\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u610f\u4e49\uff1a<\/strong>\u81eaLI-RADS\u9996\u6b21\u53d1\u8868\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u6301LR-5\u5bf9HCC\u7684\u9ad8\u8bca\u65ad\u7279\u5f02\u6027\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u7528\u4e3b\u8981\u5f81\u8c61\u5206\u7c7bLR-5\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u7528\u8f85\u52a9\u5f81\u8c61\u5c06LR-4\u5347\u7ea7\u4e3aLR-5\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u56de\u987e\u6027\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u67d0\u4e9b\u8f85\u52a9\u5f81\u8c61\u53ef\u4ee5\u5347\u7ea7LR-4\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u63d0\u9ad8\u8bca\u65ad\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\u800c\u4e0d\u635f\u4f24\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span
