T\u00fcm\u00f6re ipsilateral olan ECA ve ICA&#8217;n\u0131n 2D-DSA&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131n elde edilmesinden sonra, dallanma besleyicilerinde 5 saniyelik bir protokol ile 3D-DSA ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Ayr\u0131ca kollateral anatomi 3D rotasyonel anjiyografi ve bu lezyonlar\u0131n plaka MIP g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ile analiz edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulgular ve Sonu\u00e7lar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>19 (% 95) lezyonun oftalmik arterden besleyicileri, 15 (% 75) lezyonun i\u00e7 karotis arterinden besleyicileri ve 15 (% 75) lezyonun d\u0131\u015f karotid arterden besleyicileri vard\u0131. Oftalmik arterden besleyiciler, tekrarlayan meningeal arterler 18 lezyonda (% 90) tutulmu\u015ftu ve% 75&#8217;inde her besleyici aras\u0131nda anastomoz vard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sfenoid \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ve olfakt\u00f6r oluk meningiomlar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0 ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 arter anatomisi, her besleyici aras\u0131ndaki ince anjiyo mimari ve anastomoz nedeniyle karma\u015f\u0131kt\u0131r. Kullan\u0131l\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yayg\u0131n olarak kabul edilmesine ra\u011fmen, ECA d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki hedef damarlar\u0131n embolizasyonu prosed\u00fcrel komplikasyonlar i\u00e7in bir risk olarak rapor edilmi\u015ftir.
