VI-RADS \u00e9 um sistema de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o de 5 pontos com o objetivo de estabelecer a probabilidade de MIBC com uma pontua\u00e7\u00e3o de 4\/5, sugerindo que a invas\u00e3o muscular \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel. A presen\u00e7a de invas\u00e3o muscular, em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, exige que os pacientes sejam submetidos \u00e0 cistectomia radical. Neste estudo, o <em>status<\/em> de invas\u00e3o muscular do tumor foi determinado usando cortes histol\u00f3gicos de ressec\u00e7\u00e3o transuretral do tumor ou cistectomia, e isso foi comparado com pontua\u00e7\u00f5es VI-RADS que foram atribu\u00eddas por 7 radiologistas com n\u00edveis de experi\u00eancia variados.
