La proporzione di risultati positivi alla RM era maggiore di quelli positivi per il PSA (ad RM e US positivi <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">corrispondeva <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">un punteggio di 3-5 e PSA positivo \u00e8 \u2265 3.0 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ng<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\/<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mL<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">). I valori medi erano pi\u00f9 alti nel gruppo del carcinoma prostatico. Hanno inoltre <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">riscontrato<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> che questi parametri combinati con la <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mp<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MRI migliorano la specificit\u00e0 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(95% vs 77% con la sola mpMRI) nell<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019identificazione <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">del carcinoma prostatico<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
