Sono stati registrati l&#8217;aspetto a target e cinque caratteristiche di invasione vascolare neoplastica (encasement, assottigliamento, tethering, occlusione e obliterazione) e sono state calcolate le loro sensibilit\u00e0 e specificit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risultati:<\/strong> l&#8217;aspetto a target nelle sequenze T2 \u00e8 altamente specifico per le neoplasie non-HCC (97.3% -98.2%). Tra le caratteristiche di invasione vascolare neoplastica, il tethering e l&#8217;occlusione sono le pi\u00f9 specifiche per le neoplasie non-HCC (97.1% -100% e 99.3%, rispettivamente). Possono essere ridotti preservando l\u2019accuratezza del LI-RADS?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cosa \u00e8 stato fatto:<\/strong> l&#8217;accuratezza diagnostica delle categorie LI-RADS \u00e8 stata calcolata con e senza criteri ancillari. Algoritmi di apprendimento automatico sono stati utilizzati per identificare i criteri ancillari non contributivi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Come \u00e8 stato fatto:<\/strong> valutazione retrospettiva di 222 osservazioni epatiche per la presenza o l&#8217;assenza di criteri maggiori ed ancillari in risonanza magnetica secondo il LI-RADS v2018. Sono state determinate le categorie LI-RADS e la rispettiva accuratezza diagnostica con e senza criteri ancillari. Sono stati utilizzati algoritmi di apprendimento automatico per identificare i criteri ancillari non contributivi e calcolati i parametri di performance diagnostica delle categorie LI-RADS in base a diverse combinazioni di criteri ancillari.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scoperte e risultati:<\/strong> la percentuale di HCC non differiva in modo significativo quando si utilizzavano \u00a0i criteri maggiori esclusivamente e con l\u2019utilizzo dei criteri ancillari. Tre modelli erano basati su una singola sequenza RM e un quarto modello di &#8220;fusione&#8221;\u00a0 combinava le tre sequenze RM. Un altro modello \u00e8 stato sviluppato per prevedere la NASH.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Come \u00e8 stato fatto: <\/strong>valutazione prospettica di 83 pazienti adulti con obesit\u00e0 con elastografia RM (MRE) e RM mediante chemical shift (CS-MRI). Tutti i pazienti sono stati sottoposti a biopsia epatica per la valutazione della NASH. PDFF e stiffness epatica sono state calcolate manualmente da due radiologi. \u00c8 stato sviluppato un algoritmo automatizzato per la selezione automatizzata della regione di interesse, il calcolo di PDFF e della stiffness epatica. Un altro modello \u00e8 stato creato per prevedere la diagnosi anatomo-patologica di NASH basata su stiffness e PDFF.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risultati e risultati:<\/strong> la concordanza tra le misurazioni automatiche e i lettori era elevata (R2 = 0.87 per la rigidit\u00e0 e R2 = 0.99 per PDFF).
