Entre 2016 y 2018, 1.003 mujeres se sometieron a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">TD<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\/<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">MD<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> combinados y ultrasonido simult\u00e1neo de detecci\u00f3n de mamas enteras. Las tasas de detecci\u00f3n de c\u00e1ncer por cada 1.000 casos fueron de 9,0 y 12,0 solo para <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">TD<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\/<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">MD<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">TD<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\/M<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">D<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> con ultrasonido de cribado, respectivamente. Ciento cincuenta y nueve lesiones de alto riesgo diagnosticadas por biopsia guiada por RMN fueron incluidas en el estudio y revisadas retrospectivamente. Aproximadamente el 8% de las lesiones se <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">recategorizaron<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> al carcinoma en el momento de la escisi\u00f3n quir\u00fargica. Las patolog\u00edas con las tasas de actualizaci\u00f3n maligna m\u00e1s altas incluyeron hiperplasia ductal at\u00edpica (22,5%) y at<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">i<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">pia epitelial plana (33,3%).
