Se registr\u00f3 el aspecto en Diana y cinco caracter\u00edsticas de la invasi\u00f3n vascular tumoral (encapsulamiento, estrechamiento, anclaje, oclusi\u00f3n y obliteraci\u00f3n) y se calcularon sus sensibilidades y especificidades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hallazgos y resultados:<\/strong> La apariencia en Diana en T2WI es altamente espec\u00edfica para las neoplasias malignas no CHC (97,3% -98,2%). El anclaje y la oclusi\u00f3n son las m\u00e1s espec\u00edficas, entre las caracter\u00edsticas de la invasi\u00f3n vascular del tumor, para las neoplasias malignas distintas de CHC (97,1% -100% y 99,3%, respectivamente). Se utilizaron algoritmos de aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico para identificar caracter\u00edsticas auxiliares no contributivas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo se hizo: <\/strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n retrospectiva de 222 observaciones hep\u00e1ticas para detectar la presencia o ausencia de caracter\u00edsticas principales y auxiliares en la resonancia magn\u00e9tica de acuerdo con LI-RADS v2018. Se determinaron las categor\u00edas LI-RADS y su respectiva precisi\u00f3n diagn\u00f3stica con y sin criterios auxiliares. Se utilizaron algoritmos de aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico para identificar criterios auxiliares no contributivos y luego calcular las m\u00e9tricas de rendimiento de las categor\u00edas LI-RADS basadas en diferentes combinaciones de caracter\u00edsticas auxiliares.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hallazgos y resultados:<\/strong> El porcentaje de CHC no difiri\u00f3 significativamente cuando se utilizaron las funciones principales por s\u00ed solas y con la aplicaci\u00f3n de criterios auxiliares. Tres modelos se basaron en una \u00fanica secuencia de RM y un cuarto modelo de \u00abfusi\u00f3n\u00bb que combinaba las tres secuencias de RM. Se desarroll\u00f3 otro modelo para predecir NASH.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo se hizo:<\/strong> Evaluaci\u00f3n prospectiva de 83 pacientes adultos con obesidad con elastograf\u00eda por RM (MRE) y RM por desplazamiento qu\u00edmico (CS-MRI). A todos los pacientes se les realiz\u00f3 una biopsia de h\u00edgado para evaluar la NASH. Dos radi\u00f3logos calcularon manualmente el PDFF y la rigidez del h\u00edgado. Se desarroll\u00f3 un algoritmo automatizado para la selecci\u00f3n automatizada de regiones de inter\u00e9s y el c\u00e1lculo de PDFF y rigidez hep\u00e1tica. Se cre\u00f3 otro modelo para predecir NASH diagnosticada por patolog\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de la rigidez y la PDFF.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hallazgos y resultados:<\/strong> La concordancia entre las mediciones automatizadas y los lectores fue alta (R2 = 0.87 para rigidez y R2 = 0.99 para PDFF).
